This works 90% of the time. Instead of waiting for the grenade spamming, run! Run straight to the collapsed building and rush through the doorways. I usually pick off 2 or more unsuspecting germans who are still trying to throw grenades. If you get 3 guys to go it's a no brainer to bust through, breach the perimeter, pick off a german or 2 defending the Flak gun and blow that sucker up! I have only been hit once by a grenade spam doing this method. Also as you are running across the street, press 'C' so your Allied man is bent over to the right..it gives the snipers a smaller target to shoot for. The good thing about allied rushing to the right is that the snipers are just setting up at the sniper hotel as you are already 3/4 of the way to safety across the street.
