Most of that stuff is Army, or pre Army. Its about year old now. Im mostly on recovery now. I can no longer run and the leg press BS is out. The weight is still accurate, i havnt gained or lost a pound in 2 years. I seemingly transfer, from muscle to fat in equal portions. Crazy fucking shit.
