Im looking me too on this. My choice is GeForce 3 Ti-200 cause ive learned a lot of thing and read lot of news about the radeon vs the ti-200 and and just take a lok at the prices. Ive been at Future Shop, they sell the Radeon for $450 ( Canadian ) and the ti-200 i got, i paied $333 ( Canadian ). And they have the same performance.
The Radeon is better in Direct 3D but the GeForce is better in Open GL and the GeForce is pretty stable compared to the ATI

So my choice : GEFORCE RULEZ
