I *HIGHLY* reccomend you do the following things if you want a playable FPS with this game.

Upgrade to 256mb ram. Ram is really cheap right now so there is no excuse not to.

Get a 32mb AGP video card. I highly suggest a Geforce2 MX/400. They often sell for under $100 if you look around.
