Open up the defaultconfig. something in mods/bf1942, and change allow all refresh rates or something to 1. I had that when I was playing the game. I tried out the expansion, and it's so retarded...Not even worth it in my opinion. A couple new skins, a few vehicles, 2 new weapons, and some maps. Definately not worth it. Just my opinion.
