yeah, its a dry brush filter, but i didn't use the clouds. It was red and blue paint but i messed with the effects and then it looked blue and black, i wacked on the name, then did the dry brush filter.... then the name looked weird, so i put the name on again.

I repeated some of the effects on the signatures on the website.
