Sure. Baseball bat/steel pipe break their bones. Molotov cocktails, well, erm, throw an empty bottle at them. Paintballs, bruises. Nailguns in the hands. BB guns in the eyes. Rocks for pain. Bow and arrows in the hands again. Swords, smack 'em with the blunt edge. No death invovled, just severe pain.
