Hey buddy ! :-)

You can assemble a pk3 by your own... without a problem..

Go to the tools section located in the files sections and search for Sgt Horvath's Pakscape... it's program for opening / creating pk3 files..

then you can open another skin , made by someone else.. and just see the format and the way it should be ...

It's not hard man.. if have the brains to edit and make such textures , understanding the pk3 should be with ease...
