OK, So Rumsfeld basically repeated what Bush said; to drop their weapons and surrender Saddam, Not to launch weapons of mass destruction at major targets, even if under orders, it's not an excuse. He also said that he didn't want them to destroy the oil wells, Iraq's main source of income.
