To tell you the truth, the Iraqis do have some fast torpedo boats loaded up with 12.7mm MG's that they have/had been using to stir shit with the MIF fleet in the Gulf ocean. The MIF fleet could blow them out of the water in seconds, but if one launches a torp, theres gonna be a whole lot of trouble.
