If you have two separate skins...

1 American
1 Canadian

You're going to have to rename the American tik's and shader and also the Jacket targa to lets say...you have this...

Example

UsFlag_Jacket.tga

Rename to something like...

CdnFlad_Jacket.tga

then copy and change the names of ur Targas...
