Now I know this has been discussed before, but what hasn't. In earlier threads people posted to use the microsoft intellimouse software for this mouse. I've tried this with no avail. When I click on mouse properties it takes like 12 seconds to come up and it doesn't have the microsoft additions to it. Probably because I'm not using a microsoft mouse. It seems like XP want's to still use it's built in drivers for the mouse.
Any suggestions on what I could try. I would really like to get those side thumb buttons working. Thanks.
