Damn, I have been downtown tooling around in several of those cities in the past year. I bet you could narrow 90% of the crime listed there to < 5% of the area of those cities. Atlanta has never bothered me, but I stay out of the bad areas. New Orleans is nasty, Tampa and Nashville never seemed that bad, but memphis and miami can get ugly in a few short blocks. But what do I know?
