As near as I can tell, you will see and interact with the following vehicles:

SDKFZ/251 Half-Track.
Panzerkampfwagen IV Ausf H. (The wrecked tank you see in the very beginning of the demo)
Panzerkampfwagen VI Ausf E "Tiger".
Panzerkampfwagen VI Ausf B "Tiger II".
M4A1/M4A3 Sherman.
M1 Half-Track.
Higgens Boat.

P-47D Thunderbolt.
FW-190A8 Fockewulf.
Hawker Typhoon/Tempest. (That's what it looked like in the video, and I hope it IS, but it could have just been another P-47)

That's all that I am aware of, either from the Demo or various video clips.

Here's some that I forgot.

Rolls Royce Mercedes.
4x4 Ford Jeep.
BMW-R75 Wehrmacht Motorcycle.
Opel Blitz Wehrmacht supply truck.
