is talk of files you dled considered linking warez ?

Pretty simple really, warez = illegal. Can't be said any better than that.
No 'links' to warez sites, no-cd crack sites, or sites that support warez in
anyway.
maybe our mods should take some time and review the rules ...
anywho. ive seen it all over the newsgroups but havent taken the time to dl it yet. i dont know if its a beta or what ... ill wait till i start to see and official version ...
