well now that part is fixed. that one who shouse BAZOOKA on THE UNDERGROUND will not get any gun at all

But how can i talk to all players from my server? From my dedicated server. I know rcon doesnt work with demo version but if i sti with my machine that runnes this dedicated server. How can s pseak from it?
