actually,the first thing you need is this:
Unofficial Mohaapatch:blocks people from spawning models onto your server and crashing it,a must have,link below:

http://www.mohadmin.com/nuke/modules.ph ... load&cid=2

Then get a program like MOHAA CI,Serverwatch,or Delator to find their IP and ban them.
