Heres what you have to do. First figure out what kind of Graphics Card you have. Then once you do that, go to the graphics cards website and update the drivers for it, relating to which Windows version you have. I had an old Geforce 2 400 MX in my old computer and it wouldn't work either. So I went to nvidia.com to check for updated drivers for the card. The problem was that I had just put Windows XP in, so I had to update my drivers for XP. After that, it worked. Let me know if you have any more problems.
