I would agree this kid has clASS act parents my 9 yr old doesnt have a freakin clue about sex. She has heard of it but doesnt know what it really is. This is a case of rape no matter what frame of mind the girl was in. i am not one of those parents that says "My kid could never do that!" but I have raised her correctly (I think) and this would not be an issue in my house, that being said if someone raped her.....well I have a gun and a shovel and know how to use both!
