This map is one of the maps in the HITP mod. There are MOHAA and Spearhead executables in the mod. The image you see is with no lighting, just a bsp, so the colors will not look great. It's not supposed to be pretty anyway; it's supposed to be authentic. This is what Pacific atolls look like that are formed by volcanic eruptions. Black lava rock, black sand and a bright green vegetation that grows on the porous surface of the lava rock as it ages and crumbles.
