Honestly, I personally have had all kinds of problems with the DetonatorXP drivers. I run an SiS 735 chipset. The way I resolved this was to install the manufacturer's drivers, they work great. You also may want to check your Direct X version, has to be 8.0a or above, as well as your sound-card/integrated sound-drivers.
