Dont edit any files. That is the hard annoying way. Take an .mp3 and rename it something simple like 1.mp3. Then add it to your Main foldier in the Medal Of Honor directory thing. Go join a multiplayer game. Once you are in the game, bring down the console. ~ key. Then type in, exactly as shown below,

tmstart 1.mp3

The .mp3 will then start

This may work with .mid (midi) and .wav (wave) files but I'm not sure. I definantly know it works with .mp3s. Have fun.
