Ok kids... Do you not remember when Eidos got sued for obtaining user info when a user was installing/playing one of their games. Same thing applies here. No info can be sent without the knowledge of the user. That's the law. I'm sure they wouldn't risk a lawsuit of that magnatude.

If you want to try it.. do what you have to do, but buy the game on the 22nd.
