This should be interesting to all of those who dl'd the ISO. I've done some packet sniffing and the game does in fact talk to gamespy/ea servers while strictly playing single player.
Save me all the 'warez is bad' bs. I've had this game on pre-order for over a month, and I think it's really cool that I've had a chance to try it out.
So, should you or I be worried about having a warez copy of this game that sends out packets to ea/gamespy.. not really, this is probably statistical data. Even if it wasn't, they'd have a hard time prosecuting especially seeing as the disclaimer mentioned nothing about the client sending personal information to ea/gamespy.
