God, why is everyone so secretive about stuff they know and others don't?
Who cares? It's true, you won't find it unless you look for it, but it's hardly
that much of an exploitation.
It's a room that has no way in besides the window. Use spectator mode and you can find it pretty easilly yourself.
You get in by jumping out of the window directly above.
