Heh, no arguement there and if you are already in the shallow end of the gene pool, that could cause some real problems.

Every single one of my friends who smoke weed have either not gone to College at all or have dropped out, and some of them were in really good schools.

I actually know more that dropped out for either partying/drinking too much or being just plain sorry. Its easy to blame weed, but usually it is a lack of discipline. Weed doesnt make you a loser, it just exagerates that trait in those that already have it.
