No, those are completely different. operation Market Garden was the massive airborne drop and failed horribly, due in large part to the idiocy of the plan, and horrid action by British Tanks.

The Battle of the Bulge was when the majority of the Allied Army was held up and the Western end of the outskirts of germany. the Nazis made a desperate final push to break the advance apart, but ultimetly failed.
