I have everything on the highest settings:

View Models: Full
Shadows: complex
Terrain: Highest
Model detail: Highest
Effects detail: Highest
Curve detail (whatever it is):best
Everything else: on (checked) Incl. volumetric smoke

Video tab

Resolution: 1024x768
Colour depth: 32-bit
Texture detail: Highest
Texture colour depth: 32-bit
Texture filter: Bilinear
Texture compression: on (checked)
Wall decals: on (checked)
Weather effects: on (checked)

And i'm running on a:

AMD Athlon 1Ghz - 128MB RAM - GeForceII MX400
and running on XP prof.

And when im playing pings at 200 still no problems!!!
