I was wondering if anyone could let me know on how to make/edit mods, because I have made a server and a clan now and now I want to get into mods, but I cant seem to figure out what program to use or how you go about it. I namely just want to play around with ammo/sounds, so if someone could please let me know, it would be VERY helpful.....
