Well, i'm not sure about A, but for B you could suggest that the idea of people being paid unfairly goes both ways, with them being paid too little (ie: Sweatshops, me), and getting paid too much (ie: Politicians, not me). I only say this, because if you initially look at the question, "Employment groups who do not receive fair wages", it only conjours up images of the poor, but the wages rich people receive could also be construed as "unfair"
