I'd go with Jefferey Dahmer, after reading the dossier. Man that dude was fucked up.

"While the one officer subdued Dahmer, the other one went to the refrigerator and opened it. He shrieked loudly at the face that stared out at him and slammed the door. "There's a fucking head in the refrigerator!"

I laughed my ass off when I read this. I know it's wrong and sad, but just imagine how the cop said it. Anyway this guy was one sick puppy, for the things Innoxx mentioned.
