All that will do is allow 3rd person view while playing.
Its the complete oposite to what were talking about.
Im talking about the camera angle when spectating.

There must be a way to alter where it sits, so we can move the camera to just in front of the players face, so we see @ the same level as the player.
In other words, First person view in spectator mode, just without a gun.
