open the tik file for the sniper rifles and you will find the following lines
dm movementspeed 0.825
dm zoommovement 0.5
realism movementspeed 0.825
realism zoommovement 0.5
Obviously what u want to edit is the dm zooom movement and realism zoommovement. DUnno why u would wanna make it any slower than it is though.
