GTA3, however, I find just plain annoying.
I absolutely hate everything about this game, the stupid jobs, the interface, handling of the keyboard and mouse in the game, the weapons, etc.
This probably isn't the worst game ever, but since so many people think of it so highly I find it severely overrated. For me, this is absolutely one of the worst games ever.

I really liked GTA3. Just bought Vice City and kicks ass. guess you just have to be into it.
