I'll help you! They are in one of the buildings, not outside, as the misleading compass would have you believe. Also, they are dead, which means you might pass around them and not know you found them. Just pick up the bazooka and ammo and it will say "objective complete." It took me a while to find too, but I did eventually.

And for anyone who thinks he sould be banned, did he say the "w" word once? No, he did not.
