The no-cd stuff should not matter.

On the 98 machine automatically assigned? This may be the problem, if you have put it on before the you put on the XP machine (then it will generate a private address).

Just assign a static IP address to the 98 machine (like I said in a previous post) and you should be fine.

Leaves the Hidden & Dangerous matter. If that works, Medal of Honor should work as well.

Or have you patched one MoHAA on one computer to v1.11 and forgot to do this on the other machine? If you haven't patched or are not sure, I would patch both machines to v1.11. Don't know if this will make a difference, but patching your game will never hurt.
