You don't need a driver's license. It's just the standard, you have to be 18+, of good moral stature, you have to take a firearms safety test, you need to pay $80 for 5 years, and you need two references (non-related) to confirm your shit. It's a little strict but it keeps the crazy people from owning firearms legally.
