Does anyone have any tips to boost FPS like as far as it goes by any means besides overclocking of course

Specs: 1.1 Celeron,256 RAM, GF4 Ti 4200

and my FPS aint that good ... on bridge its like 20

Ill do pretty much anything to make it go up
