It shows off some stuff about both the game's engine, and the game itself.

-Great character detail with realistic wireframe body structure, so facial/body movement is very closely replicated.
-flowing movement with both enviroment objects and ragdoll models (This IMO, was worth the wait of the video)
-Engine incorporates many visual effects that Graphics Cards promised to support, including water effects, bitmap shading (Making flat walls look like jagged rocks)
-Enhanched AI (They showed your character blocking a door with a table, and the enemy trying to open it. When he couldn't he ran to a window and tried to shoot from there, while his partner blew the door)

From there, it's all about the game. You meet some characters and see how realistic they look, it shows how your teammates are non-scripted characters, so they won't move without you, some of the aliens, large to small, how you an drive a buggy-like vehicle, and some of the weapons. (My personal favorite, the laser-guided missile! evil: )

I highly recommend you dload it if you haven't already.
