Yeah, they do, or at least they did in Somolia, they might be wearing the newer SEAL 2000 body armour now (which was what the delta boys in BHD were wearing), but I'm not sure.
And finding a replica Ranger Vest is proving to be impossible, they just don't seem to exsist.
