Kind of funny. I don't think their going to be charged or anything though. But the problem with airsoft guns and stuff is that you can't really tell them apart from real guns. I mean if I walked around with one of those plastic guns you can buy for 5 bucks, I'm sure i'd have the police all over me. And if I were to point it at a cop, i'd be dead. So i'm sure thats part of the reason for legislation.

Yeah, remember reading about some guy that was shot to death by police because he pointed a spray-painted water gun, shaped like a real gun, at them. When you're a cop, and you see someone pull out what looks like a gun and point it at you or someone else, you don't have time to try and figure out whether or not it is a gun, you just have to react, and it might be a gun, or it might be a cell phone or something like that. There's nothing you can do, you have to shoot the person, because, yes it could be a cell phone or something harmless, but if you don't take action, and it is a real gun, you, another officer, or a bystander could be killed.
Anyway....
Does anyone know what gear is issued to Delta Force members?
