MOH- I Need Specific Resolution & Refresh for HDTV -

Does anyone know if there are mods or cfg edits to allow resolutions other than the standard 4 choices on the video setup page?
I need the game to run on an HDTV at:
960X540 @60 Hz
or
1280X720 @60 Hz
