1)did u export correctly?
2)did u put the model files correctly?
3)did u delete the .skd, .skc, etc before u export as .skd? u need to delete the existing ones 1st before u can do that. delete all ur existing .skds, .skcs, .slgs etc. then try to run the .bat file again.
