Alliedassault - View Single Post - Help! In game screen size set tiny by moronic server admin!

Hi and TIA for any help.
Was playing MP when accidentally TKd clan server member. The console decided to punish me by resetting my in game screen size. Now I can't figure out how to change it back.
Screen rez is set to 800/600, but all I see is a small square of the game surrouned by a border.

Apologies if noob question.
