You have never said that on this forum, I'll admit that. Donating to charity does not mean you are a good person. Donating to charity is the one of the easiest things a person can do to make himself feel like a better person.

Making fun of someone is not always disrespectful. It keeps you and other people sharp. Hurting someone on purpose is. People who insult religion are, too. I have not seen insults in this thread, only opinions, pretty civilized for AA.com I'd say. I guess I was jumping to conclusions, yes. But I have seen too many people who 'pity non-believers', using it as a euphemism for 'I am better'.
