Yes you are correct though, this double standard exists everywhere. Jimmy Carter established affirmative action to compensate for the way blacks were treated in the past.
This double standard is a sad thing to see. As long as people still live in the past and never give up what happened, then there will always be racism, or, at the very least, this double standard that we speak of. It is saddening, but that's the world we live in.[/quote:1b873]
Pyro: you mean the black shows that are produced by white people? and even those "pure black" shows have more white people on it then friends have black people
Chronic: Is it a double standard when I get followed around in a store because they think i'll steal something when some white guy that isn't being followed steals something and gets away with it? Then again why should I ask you, you're the one that made a thread and blamed societies problems on black culture.
