Luckily I don't know jack all about hacking or even the ins and outs of computers.

But jail for hacking a school network? Please. Even if he is guilty the worst they can do is expell him.

Anyone seen that movie Swordfish? I thought that was a good hacking movie (but it wasn't all about hacking). Also Hackers was pretty good too.
