I thought this was a neat idea given to me from one of my squad members. For practice, the squads of my platoon, or if you are bigger your platoons, split off and practice on their own accord. After an amount of time, you get them all together to fight each other. The winners of a tourny style practice get special points towards Awards and Promotion. This way people have a way of not complaining about why I didn't get this award/promotion. Also, you can tell which of your leaders are good at their jobs and who should be there and who shouldn't. So far so good for us. What do you guys think??
