haha I wish they did, but sadly they never released one, all the informations I found out I had to ask American Magee himself,

Asked him what program was used to make alice levels.

"it was a combination of qe radiant, the tools used to create fakk2, and
internal modifications... basically alice-ed. would love to help you out
with your project... but since I'm no longer working with ea and the
rogue team is disbanded I'm not sure where to point you for tools or
advice."
