Do you mean they are too weak or too powerful?

As for rockets, I don't mind if they are fast and powerful as long as it's balanced with a slow load time an small reserve of rockets (ala Half-Life).

One thing I would like to see is more powerful grenades. They should kill everything in the room. When you heard a grenade bouncing in Max Payne, you TOOK COVER!
